Sweep

Disclosure & terms

Plain-language description of what this site does with money, what it does not promise, and the rules for using it. Please read it before launching or trading anything here.

The short version

1. What Sweep is

Sweep is a front end for launching tokens on pump.fun. Every token launched through it is paired to one NFT collection from our allow-list. Sweep's own wallet is written into the token as its on-chain "creator" so that pump.fun's creator-fee mechanism routes fees through a fee-sharing configuration we control. That configuration, the wallets involved, and every transaction are public on Solana and linked from the home page.

2. Where fees go

  1. pump.fun charges a fee on every trade of a token and pays a portion of it to the token's creator. The exact rates are set by pump.fun and can change without notice to us.
  2. For Sweep tokens, that creator portion is split by pump.fun's fee-sharing feature: 80% to the sweep wallet of the paired collection, 20% to the protocol wallet. The split is set shortly after launch; until it is set, fees accrue to Sweep's creator wallet and are distributed according to the same split once it is in place.
  3. Periodically, our bot distributes accrued fees and spends each sweep wallet's balance (minus a small reserve for transaction fees) on listings of the paired collection on a third-party marketplace, checking on-chain that each NFT is a verified member of that collection.
  4. Purchased NFTs are held in the sweep wallet. We may move them to a multisig or other treasury wallet; if we do, the new address will be published on the home page.

The 20% protocol share is ours to use as we see fit, including for infrastructure, marketplace fees, and running the service. Sweeping is best-effort: it depends on marketplace availability, listings existing under our price ceiling, network conditions, and the bot running. We do not guarantee any purchase, frequency, or amount.

6. Not advice, no warranty

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell anything. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including lost funds, failed transactions, changes made by third parties, or errors in information displayed. The information on the home page (balances, floors, "would buy" previews, trade counts) is provided for transparency and may be delayed or wrong.

7. Fees and taxes

Beyond the pump.fun creator fee split, we do not charge you anything. You pay all network and pump.fun fees for your own transactions. You are responsible for any taxes arising from launching or trading.

8. Changes

We may change the fee split for future launches, the allow-list, the sweeping rules, the treasury wallet, or these terms at any time by updating this page. Changes do not alter the on-chain fee configuration of tokens already launched.
